No supervisors, no managers, only the boss, which included the actual owner, his wife, and their daughter. Many safety and health violations, awful management of supplies. We ran out of many food products and basic cleaning supplies. No hair nets, not enough hand washing, items that would touch the customer's food were never sanitized or treated with care. Utter disregard for the Greco standard and for customer service.
Overall impression? First day on the job, I put my hand down on the counter in the kitchen and came away full of slime and grease. Lots of amazing people to work with. Working at Greco was okay at first and then management got extremely rude and bossy towards the employees none were treated fairly some staff harassed others and was very disorganized.

The girls were given jobs that involved customer service and the guys were given jobs that involved heavy duty lifting and work. People with impairments or disabilities were often not seen by customers This seemed intentional as the owner would often shut down their requests to do something other than dishes.
People in charge of hiring is not the best judge of character and has hired multiple people who have made others very uncomfortable. Many times there are no warnings given or disciplinary actions. I worked there since this store opened and the Owner did not know my name nor bother to ask it for the whole almost 2 months I was there. I was fired without reason over a text message. They have a habit of hiring a large group of people and then firing a large group of people afterwards.

The type of work in fast food is always a higher stress environment then most which requires your own ability too handle it. Good luck on who ever works here. I worked there for one shift and you we make your pizza like I clean my toilet. This place is beyond disgusting and equally as depressing. The treat their employees terribly. The management was wonderful at the location I was at and did their best to accommodate you. I worked at Dominos pizza in kingston ontario, I was very busy all the time because of the school kids. I loved being busy, i would have like 33 deliveries a night. I love to drive. Our pizza dough has been made fresh every day since Greco pizza opened. Customers almost always greeted by a smiling face.
