Anyway: Still at-war with them i now can stealth through the cave. I made 3 x rofl to myself when i read the above commentar that one guy finaly got the at-war tag away, but at that time he was so angry with the timbermaw that he just told himself he would probably kill any timbermaw he saw from now on, lol! But druids will have to use their bear form to survive som times. Comment by Thottbot All you have to do is get Unfriendly and then you can wakl through the cave no problem, i did the quest once and then kill about 15 more deadwood guys and got to Unfreindly.
Comment by Thottbot To get to Winterspring: run inside the passage and do not make any turns or drop down to another level. Run straight and you will come out in Winterspring shortly. To get the Moonglade: run inside the passage and drop down a level or turn left or right. Comment by Thottbot I was running around trying to get every flight path I could as a 46 human pally, so naturally I wanted to get into Winterspring to get the Everlook flight path.
It's actually pretty easy to go through Felwood if you're a pally. Coming from Darkshore, go south to Ashenvale, then east until you get to about the center of the map, then head north until you hit Felwood. Once you're in Felwood, just follow the road all the way north and east until you reach the end of the map. Be sure to get the flight path just south of Timermaw Hold so you don't have to do all the running again.
You need to run through the cave to get to Winterspring, but it's populated by some level 52 - 55 mobs. First things first, Throw up Devotion Aura to reduce you're damage taken, and you might as well equip a shield if you have one, because you won't be doing any attacking, just running and trying not to die. Blessing of Freedom will be your friend inside, it makes you immune to movement impairing effects for 10 seconds, but has a 20 second cooldown.
Basically run in, and when you see the first mob, cast blessing of freedom on yourself and keep running. They will daze you with their hits if you don't have it on, which is why its really important. Just keep running and casting Blessing of Freedom on yourself whenever you can. When your life gets low, shield yourself, and heal twice, which should put you back up to full health. Then continue running. You're life will probably drop down again, so you'll have to use Lay on Hands, but by that time you'll be near the end.
Once you get out of the cave they shouldn't chase you too far. Then just follow the road to everlook and grab that flight path. Comment by Thottbot anyone else notice the purple kodo parked outside Everlook? Maybe they will add it later. Like the winterspring cat. I spent an hour looking for it in Everlook and around the area and then I found it just outside the place! Comment by Thottbot You know, you don't have to kill the Furbolgs at all, your just making it hard on yourself.
Just finish one simple quest and they won't attack you anymore You just kill a few things and turn in the quest. As simple as that.. Comment by Thottbot Hi guys just came in through the tunnel. I was not nuetral but at a 53 warrior I had ample hit points to walk through even though I was dazed about 10 times. I scouted out Everlook and got some quests , found most of the amenities but I only noticed the Horde flight master outside of the town.
Is there and if there is , where is the Alliance flight master? Good gamming! Oops Found it , thanks anyways. For the others the co ordinates are 62,36 :. The snowy area seems to further reinforce this. I only bring this up because of a clear reference to "the Shawshank Redemption" in a quest called "the scrimshank redemption", another stephen king novel. Seems that Blizzard likes making these humorous references.
Comment by Thottbot What I did, even though I came very close to dying, is alternate bunches of different totems. The best one to drop is the Stoneclaw totem. If all goes well, the mobs that are following you will attack that, allowing you to heal up and continue your run.
Another would be the Earthbind, but it's best to just use this when your Stoneclaw is on cooldown. When both of these totems are on cooldown, drop a Stoneskin and a Healing Stream, and then hope for the best :P. Comment by Thottbot It's aspect of the monkey Not Gorilla. Comment by Thottbot You only need to have unfriendly reputation with the Furlbogs to get through the hold.
When you get to the hold from Felwood there's a quest giver there who gives you a really easy quest killing lvl nearby furlbogs. When you hand it in you'll become 'unfriendly' as long as you havent killed any of the furlbogs in the hold already. Then just walk through. Might as well do the quest for exp and rune cloth which these furlbogs drop. Right now I'm scouting through Darkwhisper Gorge and can't find anything but rubble and demons. I have theorys: 1 The "raid portal" at the bottom won't be a future dungon, but it's just a portal to the Twisting Nether so demons can come through and try to destroy Azeroth again Comment by Thottbot Um, a lot of the directions don't specify whether your starting point is felwood or moonglade.
Could someone tell me which starting point is easier and give directions therefrom? Comment by Thottbot I don't understand how hard it is to go from Hated to Unfriendly to pass through the tunnel with no problem o. Comment by Thottbot oh yeah and there was some kind of gate blocking the portal so i couldnt enter. Comment by Allakhazam Why is there no bank here? It's a goblin, but there is no bank Winterspring can be accessed through Timbermaw Hold. To reach Winterspring, head through the hold entrance in the northeastern tip of Felwood and continue straight after the bridge.
In order to pass through the hold without the Timbermaw Furbolgs attacking you, you will need to have reached at least unfriendly reputation with the Timbermaw furbolgs. There are several quests in Felwood which can be completed to raise reputation with them. Winterspring Valley is above Moonglade and is the last stop along the road that winds up to Hyjal Peak. The valley is separated from Moonglade , lower on the mountain slope, by a thick, white cloud bank. Winterspring is a cold realm consistently covered with snow and frost.
Once above the clouds, the air is crisp and clean and the sun shines often when the snow is not falling. The trees of Winterspring were bent and twisted into odd positions during the climactic Battle of Mount Hyjal. Many of the World Tree's massive roots are also exposed here, towering overhead like massive oak archways. This otherwise cold and serene place shakes with periodic conflict between the forces of the sorcerer-dragon Cobaltann and the night elves who strive to drive them from the slopes of Mount Hyjal.
Snow cats, bears, and other creatures of the wild are seen here on occasion, but only rarely due to the high altitude. It is a place of cold medium forest and rugged mountains. Both the Steamwheedle Cartel and the night elves have established bases in the region. How do I get Pet's Hunter? Build 4 Answers How and where do you learn to use guns? Is it through the path in Felpaw Village with the bear things that raep me? User Info: SlyClone2k SlyClone2k 13 years ago 2 You have to perform the quests to get your rep up with the furbolgs to at least unfriendly - The quest chain starts with a furbolg at the other end of Felwood nearish the entrance to Ashenvale and theres another at the entrance.

User Info: zoran74 zoran74 13 years ago 7 Unfriendly is enough to pass through, and doing a single quest for them is enough. User Info: Jiruru Jiruru 13 years ago 8 Yeah, you can do the feathers too, but do you need to do the initial quests for the feather turn-in person before you can?
Thank you!! Use an invisibility potion get to a safe spot when it wears off then wait the allotted time, use another one…repeat 2. Corpse run take off all your gear and run through.
Wish I had read the comments before going through all this. Drowned and then spawned at Sentinel Hill. Completely wasted my time. Why make a guide that is completely wrong?!?! Hi tanga, sorry about that.
